Faculty from AICTE/UGC recognized institutions, IITs, NITs, IISc, IIITs.
Strong background in Electronics, CSE, AI, VLSI, or allied domains.
Consortium proposals encouraged for semiconductor programs.
Industry participation preferred in select calls.
Proposal must align with national missions (India Semiconductor Mission, Digital India).
