Eligibility & What you need (tap to expand)
- Faculty from AICTE/UGC recognized institutions, IITs, NITs, IISc, IIITs.
- Strong background in Electronics, CSE, AI, VLSI, or allied domains.
- Consortium proposals encouraged for semiconductor programs.
- Industry participation preferred in select calls.
- Proposal must align with national missions (India Semiconductor Mission, Digital India).
Note: MeitY funding calls are announced periodically. Applicants should track theme-wise
notifications and prepare proposals aligned with national technology missions.
